It's raining cops in Bollywood these days! Not that we haven't seen police based movies in the past, but the sudden glorification and fascination towards cop drama in Bollywood has only raised the demand to see actors in khaki wardi on-screen. Following that, more and more actors are taking keen interest in portraying cops.

1. Ajay Devgan

Ajay has played cop in number of films like SUNDAY, INSAN, MASTI, GANGAAJAL, but he looked best as a police officer with his Macho look in Rohit shetty’s blockbuster film Singham.
Ajay Devgan’s role as Bajirao Singham is one of the virile characters in bollywood. Singham brought Ajay Devgan into the 100 crore club and became the biggest hit of Ajay’s career so far.

2. Salman khan

He may have played a brutal, angry cop in the past in films like AUZAAR, GARV, WANTED but it was his cute, funny with daredevil attitude act in DABANGG that gained him popularity,
he looked killer as a cop Chulbul Pandey in Dabangg, after which he is often referred to as the ‘Dabangg dude’.

3. Akshay kumar

Akshay Kumar is most suited for the role of a police officer. He entertained all his fans with his superb role as a cop in Rowdy Rathore.
Rowdy Rathore brought back the serious and intense acting performance of Akshay Kumar after ages. As cop Akshay performs two shades of character one is serious and other is comic. Both the roles are well appreciated by the audiences and made him another ideal cop.
